'Original pressing of 3000 copies in a gatefold sleeve. All subsequent pressings came in a standard single sleeve

Side D contains no music but has an etching depicting birds and the sentence: 'The Earth is not a cold dead place because you are listening, because you are breathing.' This etching was cut deeper on the original pressing than it was on subsequent ones.
